Johnny Warren Fans was founded in 2014 as the Johnny Warren Community by Anthony Siokos to promote the legacy of the late Australian football icon. At its peak, Johnny Warren Fans reached over 20,000 followers. Its success was driven by historical education, community engagement and fundraising through the sale of exclusive merchandise.

As part of the project, the Warren family provided hundreds of never-before-seen photographs and videos from their archives, which were scanned and digitally restored. Anthony Siokos voluntarily dedicated almost a decade celebrating the life of Johnny Warren, sharing his football mission to a new generation of Australian football fans.

After winding up Johnny Warren Fans, Futbol Cult was born.
